Potato calzones: a delicious dish ready in a pan!

This recipe will be a family favorite for sure!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250 ml kefir, fat content 3,2% (warm)
2 tbsp sour cream 20%
1 yolk
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
400g of flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD
- Combine kefir, sour cream, egg, baking soda, sugar, salt, oil, then add the flour and knead the fine dough. Cover the dough with foil and leave for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, roll the dough into and divide it into 8 pieces and roll into balls.
- Prepare cooked potatoes with butter, then add salt, egg yolks, still, fried onions and combine.
- Fill the dough with this mixture and bake in heated oil.
