Potato calzones: a delicious dish ready in a pan!

This recipe will be a family favorite for sure! 

INGREDIENTS
250 ml kefir, fat content 3,2% (warm)
2 tbsp sour cream 20%
1 yolk
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
400g of flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
METHOD
  1. Combine kefir, sour cream, egg, baking soda, sugar, salt, oil, then add the flour and knead the fine dough. Cover the dough with foil and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, roll the dough into and divide it into 8 pieces and roll into balls.
  3. Prepare cooked potatoes with butter, then add salt, egg yolks, still, fried onions and combine.
  4. Fill the dough with this mixture and bake in heated oil.
