Potato lasagna: a delicious dish ready in no-time!

Layers of potatoes, cheese and bacon: you'll fall in love with this dish! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 5 large potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced;
 200 g (7 oz) sliced ham;
 150 g (5 oz) sharp cheese, shredded;
 200 g (7 oz) mozzarella, shredded;
 2 eggs;
 300 g (1 ¼ cup) cream;
 ½ cup bacon, cooked, crumbled.
 
METHOD
  1.  Cover sliced potatoes with cold water and add a generous pinch of salt. Set aside for 15 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  2.  Layer potato on the bottom of a square baking pan, slightly overlapping. Top with ham and both kinds of cheese, then add another layer of potatoes and repeat until you fill the pan. Cover second to the last layer of potato with crumbled bacon. Add another layer of potato on top and add leftover cheese.
  3.  Bake at 180C/350F for 90 minutes.
