Pizza calzones: a delicious alternative to classic pizza!

They will be ready in 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
• 250g / 1.6 cups flour
• 250g / 1.6 cups flour manitoba
• 250ml / 8.8oz water
• 50ml/1,7oz olive oil.
• 7g yeast
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt

•mozzarella cheese
• boiled ham
•tomato sauce
• salt
• pepper
• oregano
•olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 parts and form balls. Roll out the disc, put a spoonful of tomato sauce (season with salt, pepper, oil and oregano). Put ham and mozzarella. Form Pizzotti. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let rise for 30 minutes. Grease with tomato sauce.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  4. Remove from the oven, season with mozzarella and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
