Vegetable pie: easy, quick and delicious!

his vegetable pie is a great way to bring some color to your table. Good, fun and beautiful, it’s a great way to surprise your dinner guests!INGREDIENTS
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
2 rolls of short crust pastry
200g ham
200g scamorza cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cut the round short crust into two squares of equal size. On one of them, put the ham, cheese, and fried bell peppers with olives. Cut the other square into strips and weave them around the vegetables of your choice. Use this to cover the square with the ham and cheese and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
