Hash brown fritters: to taste your breakfast in American way!

This will be your new favorite recipe!

INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
60g (4 tbsp) flour
50g (4 tbsp) parmesan
1 egg
1 chopped onion
garlic
5g (1 tbsp) chopped parsley
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) red chilli powder
2g (1/2 tsp) pepper

METHOD
  1. Grate the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Add flour and parmesan. Mix and add egg, onion, garlic, parsley and spices.
  2. Mix it all well and shape the fritters in a pan.
  3. Fry them and serve.
