Breakfast egg bombs: the perfect way to start your day!

INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggs
• 2 avocados
• Salt pepper
• lemon juice
• 500g pizza dough
• 4 slices ham
• 1 bottle of frying oil
METHOD
1. Boil the eggs
2. Roll out the pizza dough into 4 discs. Put a slice of ham and a poached egg on each dough disk.
3. Close by tightly closing the edges and make the ball with your fingers.
4. Fry in oil until they turn golden brown.
5. Mash avocados with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and add a little lemon juice.
