Chocolate tacos: the best way for start your day!

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) all-purpose flour;
2 eggs;
150g (2/3 cup) sugar;
3 tbsp (25 g) cocoa powder;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
360m (1 ½ cup) milk;
4g (1 tsp) baking powder;
500ml (2 cups) whipped cream;
Chopped pistachios.
METHOD
- Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla until pale. Pour in half of the milk and whisk.
- Add cocoa powder, flour and baking powder. Whisk until the batter comes together, then pour in leftover milk and whisk until smooth.
- Pour a ladle spoon of batter on a preheated non-stick pan and cook until bubbly, around 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add a thick layer of cream on one half of the pancake. Fold in half and add chopped pistachios on top.
