Cookie candies: a whole new way to prepare your favorite treats!

INGREDIENTS
100g (1/2 cup) of sour cream
100g (1/2 cup) of butter
1 egg yolk
210g (1 3/4 cups) of flour
5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the sour cream, butter, and egg yolk and mix with a spatula. Add the flour and baking powder and continue with mixing. When dough starts to form knead it with your hands to obtain compact dough.
2. Transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into half. Roll out the one half and cut with a dough cutter into triangles.
3. Add the hazelnut cream and chocolate chips on the bottom side of the triangles and roll them up. Press on both sides with your hands to obtain the candy shape.
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
5. Serve them all together on a serving dish and decorate them with powdered sugar.
