Chocolate ice cream: ideal for refreshing your days!

Quick and super delicious to make!

INGREDIENTS
 14g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder;
 375ml (1 ½ cup) milk;
 70g (⅓ cup) sugar;
 50g (½ cup) powdered milk;
 7g (1 tbsp) cornstarch;
 60ml (¼ cup) milk;
 ½ tsp vanilla extract;
 Chocolate for coating.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk cocoa with milk and sugar. Place over medium-low heat and let it boil.
  2.  Add powdered milk, whisk to combine.
  3.  In a separate bowl whisk 60 ml of milk with cornstarch and pour into the chocolate mixture on the stove. Add vanilla, whisk until thick and bubbly.
  4.  Set the mixture to cool down aside, then pour into ice cream molds and leave in the freezer overnight.
  5.  Carefully remove ice creams from the mold and deep into chocolate before serving.
