Chocolate ice cream: ideal for refreshing your days!

Quick and super delicious to make!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
14g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder;
375ml (1 ½ cup) milk;
70g (⅓ cup) sugar;
50g (½ cup) powdered milk;
7g (1 tbsp) cornstarch;
60ml (¼ cup) milk;
½ tsp vanilla extract;
Chocolate for coating.
METHOD
- Whisk cocoa with milk and sugar. Place over medium-low heat and let it boil.
- Add powdered milk, whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl whisk 60 ml of milk with cornstarch and pour into the chocolate mixture on the stove. Add vanilla, whisk until thick and bubbly.
- Set the mixture to cool down aside, then pour into ice cream molds and leave in the freezer overnight.
- Carefully remove ice creams from the mold and deep into chocolate before serving.
