Chocolate covered ice cream bites: they'll be gone in seconds!

A sweet idea to use an ice cube tray!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 box ice cream

• 1 1/4 cup milk chocolate

• 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate

• 1 1/4 cup white chocolate

• 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

METHOD

Place the ice cream in the zip bag, and when it has just begun to soften, cut the corner from the zip bag and fill the ice tray. Put the tray in the freezer until the ice cream is hard.
Melt chocolate in 3 separate bowls, add chopped hazelnuts to milk chocolate and stir.
Add a toothpick to ice cream cubes, then dip them in a variety of chocolate mixes. Remove the toothpick and enjoy!
