Dough ribbons: the delicious morsels to try immediately!

This recipe is a keeper!
INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) water
4g (1 tsp) salt
8g (2 tbsp) sugar
450g (2 cups) flour
7g dry yeast
450g (1 lb) potatoes
4g (1 tsp) pepper
4g (1 tsp) paprika
200g (1 cup) cheese
Oil
METHOD
- Pour water, salt, sugar and flour into a mixing bowl. Mix well. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the yeast and the rest of the flour and knead the dough.
- Drizzle with oil and let rest for 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper, paprika and grated cheese to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything together.
- Divide the dough into 9 parts. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the balls with a rolling pin, and then fill them with the potato mixture.
- Make ribbons out of the dough and fry in oil. Serve.
