Savory brioche ribbons: to fill as you prefer!

INGREDIENTS

160ml (2/3 cup) water
7g dry yeast
40g (1/4 cup) sugar
6g of salt
1 egg
350g (2 3/4 cups) flour
55g of butter
Salad
Smoked salmon
Cheese
Salami
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water, sugar, and yeast. Add in egg, butter, flour, and salt. Let it rise for 2 hours, divide the dough into 10-12 pieces.
- Cut a bow from each piece.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
- Serve with salad, smoked salmon, cheese, and salami.
