Limoncello cream: you will fall in love with it!

There is nothing better than having a wonderful meal with family and friends and ending it with this rich, and delicious limoncello cream. 

NGREDIENTS
 500ml (2 cups) 90-95% alcohol;
 1 liter (4 cups) milk;
 25 ml (1 cup) cream;
 65 g (3 ¼ cup) sugar;
 8-10 lemons.
 
METHOD
  1.  Peel lemons and put peels into a jar.
  2.  Pour alcohol over the lemon peels, screw on the lid tightly and set the jar aside, into a cool dark place for 5 days.
  3.  Whisk milk sugar and cream. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, then cool down completely.
  4.  Strain alcohol to remove the peels.
  5.  Combine alcohol with cream and pour into bottles. Chill before serving.
