Limoncello cream: you will fall in love with it!

There is nothing better than having a wonderful meal with family and friends and ending it with this rich, and delicious limoncello cream.
NGREDIENTS
NGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) 90-95% alcohol;
1 liter (4 cups) milk;
25 ml (1 cup) cream;
65 g (3 ¼ cup) sugar;
8-10 lemons.
METHOD
- Peel lemons and put peels into a jar.
- Pour alcohol over the lemon peels, screw on the lid tightly and set the jar aside, into a cool dark place for 5 days.
- Whisk milk sugar and cream. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves, then cool down completely.
- Strain alcohol to remove the peels.
- Combine alcohol with cream and pour into bottles. Chill before serving.
