Potato wedges au gratin: a delicious side dish that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
700g of potatoes
Salt
40ml (3 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
40g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch
Dry oregano
Paprika
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
50g (1/2 cup) of panko
METHOD
1. Cut the potatoes into wedges and transfer them to the bowl. Season with salt and pour the water over them. Set aside for 20 minutes and then drain them.
2. In a bowl with the potatoes add the olive oil, parmesan, cornstarch, dry oregano, paprika, garlic, salt, and panko, and mix covering the potatoes well with the mixture.
3. Arrange the potato slices on the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 35 minutes.
4. Serve them all together on a serving plate after baking.
