Bread muffins: the fluffy recipe you fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
300g (2.4 cups) flour
150ml (0.6 cup) warm milk
50g (0.4 cup) sugar
50ml (0.2 cup) oil
5ml (1 tsp) vinegar
8g (2 tsp) dry baker's yeast
a pinch of salt
 
Milk
Sesame seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Pour milk, sugar, baking powder into a bowl and stir, leave covered for 5 minutes. Then add oil, egg, salt, vinegar and continue to mix. Then add the flour.
  2. You will get a semi-solid dough. Leave the dough for 5 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough and arrange it in a muffin tin, pre-coat the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Coat the dough with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Leave the dough in the mold for 30 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
