Bread muffins: the fluffy recipe you fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
300g (2.4 cups) flour
150ml (0.6 cup) warm milk
50g (0.4 cup) sugar
50ml (0.2 cup) oil
5ml (1 tsp) vinegar
8g (2 tsp) dry baker's yeast
a pinch of salt
Milk
Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Pour milk, sugar, baking powder into a bowl and stir, leave covered for 5 minutes. Then add oil, egg, salt, vinegar and continue to mix. Then add the flour.
- You will get a semi-solid dough. Leave the dough for 5 minutes.
- Knead the dough and arrange it in a muffin tin, pre-coat the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Coat the dough with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Leave the dough in the mold for 30 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
