Orange bread: you will love this fluffy dessert!

Just pour the eggs over the orange! The result is so delicious!
INGREDIENTS

400g (14oz) orange
2 eggs
7g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
60g (5 tbsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
500g (3 1/3 cups) flour
20g (1 1/3 tbsp) butter
Apricot jam
METHOD
- Pour the eggs over the oranges. Add sugar and yeast and mix well. Put everything in a blender. Strain the mixture.
- Add flour and salt to the mixing bowl and pour over the mixture. Knead the dough, add the butter and leave it to rise for 60 minutes.
- Make balls of dough and arrange them in a baking tray. Leave to rise for another 30 min.
- Put the jam in the dough balls. Bake at 180C for 30 min.
- Sprinkle with iced sugar. Serve.
