Orange bread: you will love this fluffy dessert!

Just pour the eggs over the orange! The result is so delicious!

INGREDIENTS
400g (14oz) orange
2 eggs
7g (1 tbsp) dry yeast
60g (5 tbsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
500g (3 1/3 cups) flour
20g (1 1/3 tbsp) butter
 
Apricot jam
 
METHOD
  1. Pour the eggs over the oranges. Add sugar and yeast and mix well. Put everything in a blender. Strain the mixture.
  2. Add flour and salt to the mixing bowl and pour over the mixture. Knead the dough, add the butter and leave it to rise for 60 minutes.
  3. Make balls of dough and arrange them in a baking tray. Leave to rise for another 30 min.
  4. Put the jam in the dough balls. Bake at 180C for 30 min.
  5. Sprinkle with iced sugar. Serve.
