Orange glasses: an easy dessert that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
For orange cream:
320ml (1 1/2 cups) of orange juice
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
30g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch

For whipped cream:
260ml (1 cup) of heavy cream
Vanilla extract
12g (1 tbsp) of sugar

100g of loaf cake
1 orange

METHOD
1. In a saucepan add the orange (juice), sugar, and cornstarch and mix on low heat until thickened. Remove from the heat and fill the 1/4 of each cup with the cream. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar and mix until thick.
3. After 10 minutes fill the cups with the crumbles of loaf cake as a second and orange slices as a third layer.
4. Fill the piping bag with the whipped cream and add the final layer.
5. Decorate the glasses with a slice of orange and serve.
