Kinder bueno glasses: the simple dessert that everyone will love

INGREDIENTS
130g of cookies
30g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
For chocolate ganache:
120g of milk chocolate
120g of white chocolate chips
120ml (1/2 cup) of whipping cream (hot)
For the cream:
200g (1 cup) of mascarpone
140ml (3/4 cup) of whipping cream
80g (1/4 cup) of condensed milk
200g of hazelnut cream
Kinder bueno
METHOD
1. Add the cookies and transfer to the food processor and mix until crumbly. Transfer to the bowl and add the melted butter. Mix with a spatula to combine.
2. In a bowl add the chocolate, white chocolate chips, and whipping cream. Whisk to combine all together.
3. In separate bowl mix mascarpone with the electric mixer. Add the whipping cream and condensed milk and continue mixing. Finally, add the prepared ganache and mix it all together well.
4. Fill the glasses first with the base of cookies pressing with the teaspoon for the first layer. With the pipping bag pour the prepared cream as a second layer and finish with the third layer with hazelnut cream.
5. Finally add the kinder bueno chocolate at the top of each glass and serve.
