Gooey Chocolate Muffin With Chocolate Chips: So Soft And Easy To Make!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g (½ cup) of sugar
5ml (1 tsp) of vanilla extract
100ml (⅓ cup+1 tbsp) of vegetable oil
100g (½ cup) of yogurt
a pinch of salt
8g (2 tsp) of baking powder
150g (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
150g (½ cup) of hazelnut cream
50g (⅓ cup) of chocolate drops
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Dollop hazelnut paste onto a parchment-covered baking sheet and freeze.
3. Whisk eggs with sugar, vanilla, yogurt, and vegetable oil.
4. Combine flour with baking powder and salt. Pour liquids into the flour mixture and stir to combine.
5. When the smooth batter forms, add chocolate drops and stir to combine.
6. Add paper liners into a muffin tin. Pour batter into each, filling halfway through, place a dollop of frozen hazelnut cream inside, cover with more batter.
7. Bake for 15 minutes.
