Asparagus muffins: a fantastic tasty and easy to prepare appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
150g (6-8 stems) of asparagus
150g (1 cup) of all-purpose flour
1 egg
8g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
120ml (½ cup) of milk
45ml (3 tbsp) of vegetable oil
30g (2 tbsp) of butter, melted
120ml (½ cup) of water
30g (¼ cup) of parmesan
100g (1/3 cup) of cheese
Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
2. Cut asparagus into pieces. Place pan over medium heat, add butter, and asparagus, pour in water, and season with salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until water fully evaporates and the asparagus becomes soft.
3. Whisk flour with baking powder and parmesan. Add egg, melted butter, oil, and milk. Mix to combine.
4. Add asparagus and cheese to the batter.
5. Spray the muffin tin with vegetable oil and fill each cup with the batter.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, brush with some butter, and top with sesame.
