Prepare these butterfly biscuits to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
190g (3/4 cup) of cottage cheese
160g (3/4 cup) of butter
150g (3/4 cup) of sugar
7g (1/2 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
1 egg
390g (3 1/4 cups) of flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
Egg for egg wash
Sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the cottage cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg and mix with the immersion mixer to combine. Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spatula. When dough starts to form knead it with a hand to obtain compact dough.
2. Split the dough in half and roll out each half. Cut the excess of the dough to obtain a rectangular shape.
3. Cut the dough into strips and roll out each strip. Combine two trips to obtain a butterfly shape.
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
