3d flower shaped cookies: everyone will love the recipe!

INGREDIENTS
260g (1 1/4 cups) of cottage cheese
110g (1/2 cup) of butter
130g (3/4 cup) of sugar
A pinch of salt
2g (1/2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
1 egg
320g (2 3/4 cups) of flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
For decoration:
White chocolate (melted)
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the cottage cheese, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and egg and mix with the immersion blender. Add the flour and baking powder and continue with mixing. When dough starts to form knead it with your hands to obtain compact dough.
2. Split the dough in half and roll it out with the rolling pin. Make shapes using the molds and stack several shapes on top of each other.
3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and make a hole in the middle. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
4. Fill the cookies with the white chocolate (melted) and decorate them with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy.
