Polka Dot Cheesecake: the dessert that will surprise everyone!

This dessert will leave everyone speechless!

White Chocolate Pudding:
350 gr of white chocolate
400 ml of sour cream
20 g of gelatin
6 yolks
50 grams of sugar
Chocolate pudding:
250 gr of chocolate
500 ml of sour cream
20 g of gelatin
6 yolks
50 grams of sugar
500 ml of sour cream
20 g of gelatin
6 yolks
50 grams of sugar
METHOD
- Prepare the white chocolate and top it with hot sweet sour cream. Add the prepared gelatin and mix. Shake the egg yolks with sugar and add to the mixture. Pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan and let it solidify, then scoop out the circles and line into a half-sphere shaped mold that you previously coated with some water.
- Prepare chocolate pudding according to the following procedure: Pour into a pan lined with 80% chocolate pudding, then place in the fridge for 5 minutes and press a small, round pan covered with a little water into the mixture and return to the fridge for half an hour or more. It may be that during this time the white cream will thicken, so soften it again with steam, remove the pan from the inside of the chocolate pudding and pour the white cream, ie. White chocolate pudding. Return to the refrigerator for two hours. Soften the remaining chocolate pudding and drizzle over, as a final layer. Leave in the fridge for 12 hours.
