Polka dot strawberry cake: a delicious dessert ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
• 1/3 cup light strawberry puree ⠀
• 2 tbsp heavy strawberry puree ⠀
• 1/2 cup melted chocolate ⠀
• Milk Agar-Agar: ⠀
• 2 1/2 cups milk ⠀
• 2 1/2 tbsp sugar ⠀
• 1/2 tbsp agar agar ⠀
METHOD
- Add milk, sugar and agar-agar to the pan over medium heat. ⠀
- Using two bowls, pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into each bowl. In one bowl, add light strawberry puree and add heavy strawberry puree to another. Pour each mixture into a mold and chill.
- Transfer the hardened strawberry balls into a large bowl and pour 1/4 cup milk-agar-agar mixture over. ⠀
- Add melted chocolate to the remaining milk agar-agar mixture, then pour it on top of the bowl. Place in the refrigerator until solid.
