No-knead 4 ingredients bread: the scent will make your mouth water!

This is the fastest, easiest bread you may ever make!
INGREDIENTS
360 g (3 cups) bread flour;
9 g (2 tsp) salt;
½ tsp dry yeast;
360 ml (1 ⅔ cup) warm water.
METHOD
- Whisk salt and yeast into the flour, add water and knead the dough until it comes together.
- Cover the dough and set the bowl aside in a cool place for 8-12 hours.
- Form the dough into a ball and place in a cold round cast iron skillet, covered with parchment.
- Place the skillet, covered with a lid, into a cold oven. Bake covered at 200C/392F for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes more to 190C/374F.
