No-knead 4 ingredients bread: the scent will make your mouth water!

This is the fastest, easiest bread you may ever make!
 
INGREDIENTS
 360 g (3 cups) bread flour;
 9 g (2 tsp) salt;
 ½ tsp dry yeast;
 360 ml (1 ⅔ cup) warm water.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk salt and yeast into the flour, add water and knead the dough until it comes together.
  2.  Cover the dough and set the bowl aside in a cool place for 8-12 hours.
  3.  Form the dough into a ball and place in a cold round cast iron skillet, covered with parchment.
  4.  Place the skillet, covered with a lid, into a cold oven. Bake covered at 200C/392F for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes more to 190C/374F.
