Mini apple cakes: the scent will make your mouth water!

Super fluffy and delicious, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
250ml (1.15 cup) oil
200g (1 cup) sugar
250ml (1 cup) yogurt
15g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
300g (2.5 cups) flour
1 apple
 
METHOD
  1. Peel an apple, cut it into small slices and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Whisk in the oil, sugar, yogurt and vanilla sugar. Separate 200 ml of the mixture for sprinkling. Add eggs to the rest of the mixture, and when you get a fine mixture, add flour and baking powder.
  2. Pour the mixture into a dressing bag and make shapes on baking paper. Arrange the apple slices on each cookie.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Place a frosting over each cake.
