Fluffy milk buns: how to make them perfect!

They are delicious!
INGREDIENTS
• 500g / 3.3 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 10g yeast
• 250ml / 8.8oz warm milk
• 1 yolk
• milk
• sesame
METHOD
- In a small amount of milk, dilute yeast and sugar. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Form sandwiches.
- Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make cuts in the sandwiches. Let rise. Lubricate with a mix (egg + milk). Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
