Easy oil buns: fluffy and delicious!

They are perfect for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
Water – 125 ml
Yeast – 1/2
Eggs – 2 pcs
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbs
Oil – 100 ml
Milk – 125 ml
Flour – 600 grams
Sesame
Greek yogurt – 4 tbsp

METHOD
  1. Pour water into the bowl, add sugar and yeast. Mix and let stand for 10 min.
  2. Add oil, egg whites, milk, salt, yogurt and flour.
  3. Knead the dough and leave to rest. Make balls and rolls. Grease with egg yolk and yogurt. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
