Easy oil buns: fluffy and delicious!

They are perfect for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Water – 125 ml
Yeast – 1/2
Eggs – 2 pcs
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbs
Oil – 100 ml
Milk – 125 ml
Flour – 600 grams
Sesame
Greek yogurt – 4 tbsp
Yeast – 1/2
Eggs – 2 pcs
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbs
Oil – 100 ml
Milk – 125 ml
Flour – 600 grams
Sesame
Greek yogurt – 4 tbsp
METHOD
- Pour water into the bowl, add sugar and yeast. Mix and let stand for 10 min.
- Add oil, egg whites, milk, salt, yogurt and flour.
- Knead the dough and leave to rest. Make balls and rolls. Grease with egg yolk and yogurt. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
