Mini buns: yummy and so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
60ml (¼ cup) oil
4g (1 tsp) salt
3g (1 tsp) sugar powder
240g (2 cups) flour
chopped curry leaves
20g (3 tsp) dried tomatoes
10g (1 tbsp) sesame seeds
2g (½ tsp) baking powder
4g (1 tsp) tumeric
2g (½ tsp) cumin
125ml (½ cup) water
 
METHOD
  1. Pour oil into a bowl and stir in salt and powdered sugar. Gradually add the other ingredients and mix. Pour water and knead the dough.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and make circles with a mold.
  3. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
