Meat and bread ideas: how to make a delicious appetizer in no-time!

You only need some meat and 1 baguette to make something amazing! 
 
INGREDIENTS
1° idea:
1 baguette
1 sausage
Shredded mozzarella
 
2° idea:
1 baguette
400g ground beef
1 egg
30g (1/4 cup) breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper

METHOD
  1. 1° idea: Cut baguette into slices, take out the middle of the baguette slices.
  2. Fill it with sausage meat and sprinkle it with mozzarella.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
  4. 2° idea: Cut the top of the baguette, take out the middle of it.
  5. In a bowl mix together meat with egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill baguette with it and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
