Veal roast with veggie sauce: how to make a tender and delicious meat!

This is an easy recipe that will please all.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1.5kg meat rump roast
3 carrots
celery
2 cloves of garlic
extra-virgin olive oil
salt
rosemary
sage,
1 1/2 glasses of white wine
METHOD
- Heat the olive oil, then fry the meat on all sides.
- Prepare the vegetables and add to the pan with the meat, salt the meat. Once the vegetables are browned, add the white wine and let the meat roast for 2 hours, stirring occasionally and turning.
- Once the meat is fried, cut it into thinner pieces and whisk the vegetables in which the meat is cooked into a fine sauce.
- Pour over the meat with the sauce.
