Veal roast with veggie sauce: how to make a tender and delicious meat!

This is an easy recipe that will please all.

INGREDIENTS
1.5kg meat rump roast
3 carrots
celery
2 cloves of garlic
extra-virgin olive oil
salt
rosemary
sage,
1 1/2 glasses of white wine
 
METHOD
  1. Heat the olive oil, then fry the meat on all sides.
  2. Prepare the vegetables and add to the pan with the meat, salt the meat. Once the vegetables are browned, add the white wine and let the meat roast for 2 hours, stirring occasionally and turning.
  3. Once the meat is fried, cut it into thinner pieces and whisk the vegetables in which the meat is cooked into a fine sauce.
  4. Pour over the meat with the sauce.
