Mini Chocolate Tarts

Makes 1 dozen
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
7 oz white chocolate chips
11 oz milk chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
13 Tbsp unsalted butter
7 oz dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup flour
Bar of white chocolate
METHOD
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small microwavable bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
Pour the white chocolate into ice cube molds and stick toothpicks in the center of each. Freeze until solid.
In a small microwavable bowl, melt milk chocolate in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip the frozen white chocolate cubes in the milk chocolate to coat evenly. Place on a plate and freeze until solid.
In a medium bowl, add eggs and sugar. Whisk together until thick.
In a large microwavable bowl, melt dark chocolate with butter in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
Pour chocolate butter mixture into the egg mixture. Stir in flour.
Divide batter between 12 muffin tins. Drop in frozen chocolates into the center of each.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once cooked, remove toothpicks and top each with a piece of white chocolate. Serve warm.
