Chocolate salted caramel tart

INGREDIENTS1 cup flour
1/5 cup ground almonds
1/5 cup cocoa powder
salt
2 cup sugar
125g butter
Egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g cream
120g chocolate
Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Dough: Stir together 1 cup flour, 1/5 cup ground almonds, 1/5 cup cocoa powder,
1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup sugar. Then add 100g cold butter, 1 egg,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons water and mix it.Wrap up dough into film roll and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Put in a silicone baking dish and make border. Сover it with a film roll and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.Add beans for weighting and bake 180ºC for 15 minutes. Remove beans and bake 180ºC for 15-20 minutes again
Filling: Mix 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water and boil until golden brow. Add 100g hot cream, 25g butter and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour the filling onto the base and refrigerate for 4 hours
Chocolate frosting: Boil 100g cream and pour into the cup with chocolate. Mix and put onto the cake. Add pinch of sea salt
