Mascarpone cheesecake: a no bake dessert to try!

INGREDIENTS
- 200g biscuits
- 100g butter, melted
- 200g chocolate
- 40g butter
- 30ml rum
- 30g cocoa
- 350g mascarpone cheese
- 100g sugar
- 400ml whipped cream
- 80ml chocolate syrup
METHOD
1. Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter, spread on the bottom of the form.
2. Melt butter and chocolate, mix and add rum and cocoa. Add in mascarpone, sugar, cream. Pour over the cookie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours, then serve with chocolate syrup.
