Crepes cheesecake: a no-bake dessert to try!

The result is so unique!
INGREDIENTS
Cream for 7 pieces with a diameter of 21 cm
• 300ml / 10.5oz milk
• 2 yolks
• ¼ tsp salt
• 20g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 20ml / 0.7oz vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 100g / 0.7 cup flour
Cherry filling:
• 200g / 1.3 cups cherry
• 100g / 0.7 cup sugar
• 15g corn starch
• 30g water (cold)
Cream Souffle:
• 4 egg whites
• ¼ tsp lemon juice
• 120g / 0.8 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 9g gelatin
• 50ml / 1.8oz water (cold)
• 100g / 0.7 cup butter
• 70g / 0.5 cup condensed milk
METHOD
- Pour cherries with sugar into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Mix corn starch with water and pour it into the boiling cherry. Let cool.
- Mix all the cream ingredients. Fry the pancakes. Put pancakes as shown in the video. Put the cherry filling on the pancakes. Roll up and then spiral.
- Dissolve gelatin in water. Beat butter with condensed milk. Beat egg whites until peaks. Add lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, condensed oil and dissolved gelatin.
- Put cream souffle into the mold, then a spiral of pancakes (slightly press). Let cool, then decorate.
