Salty crepes

Ingredients:
2 cups flour;
½ tsp salt;
3 eggs;
2 cups milk;
1 small onion, chopped;
1 small carrot, chopped;
1 pound ground turkey;
1 garlic clove, minced;
1 cup tomato sauce;
béchamel sauce;
4 slices cheese.
Instructions
To make salty crepes whisk flour and salt together. Add 3 eggs and start pouring milk gradually, while constantly whisking to prevent lumps from forming.
When the batter is smooth fry on preheated nonstick pan for about 2 minutes (1 minute per side) or until golden.
For the filling sauté onion and carrot in some olive oil for 2-3 minutes, until translucent. Add minced garlic clove, minced turkey, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes more than pour tomato sauce in.
Fill crepes with turkey filling as shown in the video. Place each crepe into a baking pan, spoon some béchamel sauce on top and cover with cheese.
Bake at 180 C (350F) for 20-25 minutes.
