How to prepare Hazelnut Crepes using Only a Bottle!

Take an empty plastic bottle and place it on your table.

You'll also need a funnel to help you pour in all the ingredients.

Crack 2 eggs inside the bottle.

Pour in the 250ml of milk.

Then, pour in the sifted flour, helping yourself with your fingers to get it all inside.

Using a spoon, pour in the 40 grams of sugar.

Then, with the same spoon, pour in the 100 grams of vegetable oil.

Close the bottle and vigorously shake it for a couple of minutes. Once the ingredients will have mixed together, your crepe's batter will be ready.

Put a non-stick pan on the fire and, once it's heated, pour in half the batter for a crepe.

Let it cook on one side, then flip it with a spatula and cook the other side as well.

Once the crepe is cooked, place it on a cutting board and, while it's still warm, spread the hazelnut cream on a side of the crepe, so it will melt a bit.

Fold the crepe in their typical form and then sprinkle them with powdered sugar, to add that little bit of extra sweetness.

Serve on a plate and enjoy!

How to Store your Hazelnut Crepes

Hazelnut crepes should be eaten while hot, but you can also prepare them ahead of spreading the hazelnut cream and consuming them. In case you don't want to cook them once you have prepared the batter, keep in mind that you can keep it in the fridge for a couple of days before consuming it.
