WINE COOKIES: the easy and tasty recipe to make at home! π

INGREDIENTS
350g (2 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
120g (1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp) of sugar
100ml of vegetable oil
100ml of white wine
2 tsp of baking powder

Granulated sugar as needed

METHOD
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
2. Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
3. Add the wine and vegetable oil, and continue mixing until you get a workable dough.
4. Knead the dough by hand on a work surface until you form a smooth ball.
5. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
6. Form small balls from the dough weighing about 15g each.
7. Roll the balls into "snakes" and then shape them into rings.
8. Coat them with granulated sugar.
9. Place the rings on a baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
10. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
