Champagne Cupcakes: a New Year's Eve dessert you won't want to miss!

Ingredients for muffins:
120g Flour
1/2 tsp Soda
150g Sugar
30g Cocoa
2 Egg
30g Melted butter
30g Olive oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
130ml Champagne
1 tbsp Vinegar

2 sticks of butter
4 cups powdered sugar
gold sprinkles

Method:
Mix all dry ingredients for muffins, add all wet ingredients.
Bake at 180C/350F for 15 min.
Beat the butter with powdered sugar. Spread butter cream on the cupcakes and add some golden sprinkles.
