Raspberry chocolate cups: easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

They are too beautiful not to try them!
INGREDIENTS
- Paper cups 5-6 cups
- dark chocolate 200 grams ( 160 + 40 )
- raspberries 150 grams
- sugar 50 grams
- dark chocolate 200 grams
- whipping cream 500 grams
For Topping:
- Fresh Raspberries
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Place the (160g) chocolate into a heatproof bowl and place over simmering water. Heat the chocolate until it melted and hot. Add the rest of the chocolate (40 g).
- Fill each cup with chocolate and rotate to coat all sides of the cup with quite a thick layer of chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place raspberries and sugar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, then sieve to remove the seeds add in melted chocolate and whipped cream. Fill the chocolate cups with raspberry filling. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Top the chocolate cups with raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
