Blended peach bread: SOFT and EASY to make! π

INGREDIENTS
300g peach pulp
360g all-purpose flour
190g sugar
16g baking powder
90ml vegetable oil
130ml milk
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 lemon (zest)

METHOD
2. Add the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Blend everything.
3. Now it's time for the dry ingredients. Add the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Blend one last time until you get a smooth mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 45 minutes.
5. Give it a nice dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
