Zebra ogura cake: all you need are a few and simple ingredients!

Make this soft and airy Ogura cake with zebra stripes. All the tips you need to make this cake successfully. It is easier than you think.
INGREDIENTS (for a round pan 20cm)

10g cocoa powder
30ml hot water
5 egg yolks
1 egg
60g oil
80ml milk
80g flour
5 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
80g sugar
METHOD
1. Beat 5 egg yolks + 1 egg until they are smooth and pale. Add butter, milk, and mix well. Sift the flour and beat until smooth.
2. Add cocoa and hot water, mix well
3. Beat 5 egg whites until foamy, and then add sugar to a tough peak.
4. Fold the whites in the yolk flour, mix until tender
5. Divide mixture into 2 parts. Add cocoa mixture to the one of the parts.
6. Pour 4 tablespoons of the plain dough into the center of the pan, and then add 4 tablespoons of cocoa dough. Repeat until all batter is used.
7. Use a large baking sheet for a hot water bath and bake at 150°C/350°F, preheat for 50 minutes.
8. After cooking, let cool for 5 minutes, then turn over and remove the cake.
