YOGURT BUNDT CAKE: SOFT and you won't need butter!

INGREDIENTS (for a 24cm mold)
4 eggs
180g plain yogurt
320g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour
180g (½ cup) sugar
150ml vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
Powdered sugar (as needed)
METHOD
1. Pour the eggs and sugar into a large bowl.
2. Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer for a few minutes until the mixture is high and whitish.
3. Add the plain yogurt and vegetable oil, and mix again with the electric mixer until fully absorbed.
4. Finally, add the flour and baking powder, and mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
5. Pour the batter into a previously buttered and floured cake mold.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.
