No-bake strawberry creamy cake: just 15 minutes to make it!

Only 5 ingredients and 15 minutes! Save this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups full-fat sour cream;
400 ml (13.5 oz) full-fat cream, whipped;
150 g (5 oz) powdered sugar;
500 g (1 pound) biscuits, crumbled;
500 g (1 pound) frozen strawberries, chopped;
More whipped cream for decorating.
METHOD
- Combine sour cream with powdered sugar. Fold whipped cream into the mixture, add crumbled biscuits and chopped strawberries.
- Spread cake mixture into the springform and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the cake from the pan, decorate with whipped cream and serve.
