Chocolate mousse strawberry cheesecake: easy, creamy and no baking required!

It’s ready in just minutes: you’re gonna love this soft and delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
FOR Crust
• Butter for the greasing
• 24 OREO BISCUITS
• 6 tbsp melted butter
• A pinch of salt
 
FOR cream
• 680g dark or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
• a pinch of salt
• 3 cups fresh cream
• 4 cups strawberries

 METHOD
  1. 2. Grease 20 cm springform with butter.
  2.  In the food processor, crush the cookies until it looks like fine crumb, then add the melted butter and salt and beat.
  3.  Form a crust in the form.
  4.  Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour over chocolate; add a pinch of salt. Let stand for 5-10 minutes, then mix until a combined. .
  5.  Pour chocolate cream on the crust.
  6.  Press 3 cups of strawberries into the cream, level the surface of the cream with a spatula
  7.  Cool for at least 2 hours.
  8.  The remaining 1 bowl of strawberries cut in half and put on top of the cake
