Speck bundt cake: prepare an easy and tasty dish in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS600g boiled potatoes
salt
pepper
1 egg
100g Parmesan cheese
40g breadcrumbs
parsley
200g speck ham
fried zucchini
scamorza cheese
DIRECTIONS
Line a bundt cake tin with slices of speck. Boil and mash the potatoes, then add salt, pepper, the egg, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs to them. Put half of this mixture into the bundt cake tin and press it down. Add the zucchini and the cubed scamorza cheese and cover with the remaining potato mixture. Cover the top with the slices of speck and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
