Kefir focaccia: everyone will love the result!

Just a few ingredients to make a great alternative to usual bread!
INGREDIENTS

200ml (0.82 cup) Milk
100ml (0.5 cup) Kefir
1 tsp (6g) Salt
1 tsp (4g) Sugar
2 tsp (12g) Baking soda
400g (3.2 cups) Flour
100g (0.5 cup) Butter
1 Egg yolk
1 tsp (5ml) Milk
METHOD
- Pour milk and kefir into a bowl, then add salt, sugar and mix. Add the flour, and knead the baking powder with half of the added flour. Knead the dough until it is almost sticky. Leave the dough to rise for 1h.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and knead into balls. Roll out each piece of dough and coat with butter and fold with the next piece of stretched dough.
- Roll out the dough and let it stand for 15 minutes, then roll it out, coat with egg yolk and milk and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
