Mini pancakes: soft and moist thanks to kefir!

Super delicious with a secret ingredient to try!
INGREIDENTS
250ml of kefir
40ml of water
1 egg
240g of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of soda
INGREIDENTS
250ml of kefir
40ml of water

240g of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of soda
METHOD
- Dissolve kefir in water
- Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the dissolved kefir and continue stirring. Pour the sifted flour and select the salt and the soda.
- Fry the batter in portions until golden brown.
- Serve hot with the sauce to taste.
