Mini pancakes: soft and moist thanks to kefir!

Super delicious with a secret ingredient to try!

INGREIDENTS

250ml of kefir
40ml of water
1 egg
240g of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of soda
 
METHOD
  1. Dissolve kefir in water
  2. Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the dissolved kefir and continue stirring. Pour the sifted flour and select the salt and the soda.
  3. Fry the batter in portions until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with the sauce to taste.
