Georgian Cheese Stuffed Bread (Khachapuri)

Neither brunch nor pizza night will be the same when you try this khachapuri, the sensational cheese-stuffed Georgian bread with a runny yolk center!
 
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
 100ml milk;
 100ml water;
 5g Dry yeast
 1 tsp sugar;
 1/2 tsp salt;
 300g flour;
 30ml sunflower oil.
 
Filling:
 150g Hard cheese
 150g Mozzarella
 50ml milk;
 salt to taste.
 
Also:
 1 egg;
 Butter;
 2 eggs for the filling.
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour in sunflower oil and knead. Let rise 40 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out two balls and let rise again. Cook the filling. Make a flat cake with your hands and put the filling in it.
  4. Twist in the form of a boat. Bake in the oven at 220C/430F for 15 minutes. Put an egg in the deepening of the baked boat and bake for 1 minute.
