Soufflé pancakes: how to make them tall and soft in just a few steps!

These are not your usual pancakes! More soft and fluffy, every bite will melt in your mouth!
INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs
30 ml (2 tbsp) milk
25g (3 tbsp) flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
Hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grain
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together egg yolks with milk, sift in flour and baking powder, add in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar. Mix together with previous mixture.
- Add mixture to a pan and fry from each side for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
- Serve with hazelnut cream, hazelnut grain and powdered sugar.
